    Key Accountabilities:

    Prime Objectives of the Post:

    • Lead practitioner in implementing agreed health interventions and administering medication according to NHS Care Plans and EHCPs.
    • Provide specialist support to pupils with complex health and physical needs, aligning with school policies.
    • Collaborate with supervisors and NHS professionals to meet pupil health/medical needs and advise on best practices.
    • Ensure effective assessment and management of healthcare risks in the school setting, reporting incidents promptly.
